1. Services Overview

Live Fully and Freely offers coaching, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), and related wellness services, including but not limited to:

• 1:1 coaching programs
• Group courses and experiences
• Guided meditations and digital resources
• Free and paid downloadable tools

These services are not medical, legal, or financial advice. They are intended for personal growth and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or work with Susan Lilley. By using this site or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our online scheduling platform.
• Payment is due prior to the start of your program, course, or session.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, processed securely via third-party providers.
• All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of coaching and RTT®, refunds are not offered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any booked session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in loss of session and/or removal from future programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, videos, meditations, downloads, and program materials—is the intellectual property of Susan Lilley and Live Fully and Freely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse materials without written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own choices, well-being, and personal outcomes.
• You understand that coaching and RTT® are not substitutes for therapy, medical care, or professional mental health treatment.
• You are committed to participating in the process with honesty, openness, and integrity.

7. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. We do not disclose your information to third parties unless legally required to do so (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to self or others).

Susan Lilley is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. Coaching is not therapy.
